Business/Technology Department

Philosophy

The Business/Computer Department acknowledges and accepts the philosophy of Archbishop Moeller High School. The department recognizes its responsibility to the total development of the student and through the use of all its resources and facilities will attempt to accomplish this end.

The global business society can be characterized as fast-paced, demanding, competitive and forever and constantly changing. The knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in this environment require the individual to understand not only his area of expertise, but himself as well. The Business Department realizes this need and desires to encourage the student to use and develop his full potential as it relates to his future endeavors. In so doing, it is the Business Department’s desire that the student will extend his values in Christianity as developed during his career at Archbishop Moeller to others in the workplace and thus achieve a more just and fair society as envisioned in the Marianist Tradition.
