Volunteer - how can I help?
The success of the Main Event depends on the support of hundreds of volunteers! We have opportunities for Moeller parents to help out a wonderful cause, and have a great time meeting others. If you are available during the school day, we can use your help in the office - data entry, copying, assembly, filing, etc. - on a regular basis or occasionally.
If you are interested in chairing a committee, we have opportunities!

We will need volunteers for set up of the Main Event at the Savannah Center in West Chester on Friday, April 19, 2013, from 9 AM-4 PM. We will decorate and display all the auction items and signs, baskets, raffles. There is lots of work to do and it's a great way to get a sneak peek at all our auction items!
We will need lots of help for pack up after the Main Event on Saturday, April 20, after 10 PM. All our decorations, displays, and items need to be packed into the storage unit at the Savannah Center for transport back to Moeller.
