Thank you for considering a gift to the Moeller High School Annual Fund. Your support is truly appreciated. There are three basic ways to make a gift to the Annual Fund.
#1: Mailing a Check
Simply make your check payable to the Moeller High School Annual Fund. If you do not have a reply envelope to send your gift, please address an envelope to:

#2: Credit Card
Moeller High School accepts gifts via MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. If you are mailing a credit card gift to the above address, please be certain to include your name (as it appears on the card), the card number, the expiration date, and the gift amount.
If you wish to make a credit card gift over the phone, please call Director of Development Scott Schuster between 8:30 AM-4:30 PM at (513) 791-1680, ext. 1320.

#3: Stock
1. If you have the actual stock certificate in your possession, please DO NOT SIGN IT! Enclose the unsigned certificate in a separate envelope and send it by certified mail. In a second envelope, enclose a signed stock power. The stock poser does not need to be sent via certified mail. Send both of these envelopes to:

2. The stock will be valued with its average trading value for the day the certified envelope is postmarked. You will receive a gift acknowledgment and receipt within two weeks of the stock's sale.
If the stock you intent to gift is held in a brokerage account, please notify your broker as to your intentions. Next, have your broker contact the Advancement Office at the above address and phone.
Corporate Matching Gifts
Will your employer match your gift?
Every year the Annual Fund receives corporate matching gifts. This is "free money" for Moeller High School, since it is based on gifts that have already been made by Moeller's alumni, parents and friends.
There are two simple questions that you need to ask yourself:
1. Have I made an Annual Fund gift yet this year?
2. Will my employer match my gift?

What do I need to do?
If you know your company offers a matching gift program, then stop by your human resources department and ask for a form. Submit this form with your Annual Fund gift and we take care of the rest!
